1. Solving end users' problems during using PeopleSoft system;2. Writing standard operating procedure document and train the end users;3. Make suggestions to the vendor or developers by analyze end users' problems；4. Assist business users to improve the requirement specifications and promote development progress;5. Take regular system check operations, to ensure data accuracy and process inspection;6. Other work assigned by the line manager.

1. HR information system daily operation and maintenance, implementation and management, including hiring, departure and transfer, etc;2. Helping end users to solve the problems;3. Implementation of the new demand;4. Responsible for the adjustment and update of system rules, for example: the compensation formula adjustment and so on;5. Writing standard operating procedure document;6. Support/make suggestion to HR teams for process optimisation;7. Responsible for HR related data and index analysis，such as headcount,turnover rate8. Other work assigned by line manager
