ERP Implementation (including Netsuite, WMS, shipping system, and ecommerce integration): Identify the key business processes and requirements from the stakeholders, design the system logics, manage the project, and deliver the implementation result.Optimize and improve the business processes: Coordinate with different departments to review the processes, provide the solutions from system perspective to reduce the manual processes and improve the efficiencies. Lead the business analysis function: identify the key financial performance activities for the organization, provide the financial and business analysis support to the executive team for decision making.
