Coordinate the project "Researching Elder Abuse in Chinese Community" funded by City of Toronto:- Built up Research and Planning Committee with Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association, Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care, Elder Abuse Ontario, Toronto Seniors’ ForumOntario Chinese Seniors Association, and facilitated the RPC meeting for project goal setting and resources providing.- Built up the Research Team with the professionals from Ryerson University, University of Toronto, York University, McMaster University, to implement the research works include literature reviewing, research proposal drafting, ethic application and amendment, subjective recruitment, interview and training, data collecting and analysis and research report/ journal writing- Organized Press Conference to release the research findings in recognition of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day

Worked at the Food Drop Corner and St. Stephen Church, to develop a new preventing hungry project with the name of Seniors Ending Hunger Cooperatively:- Planned and opened a new weekly kitchen to serve over 60 Chinese Senior Clients from the Corner Drop-in and community.- Engaged and recruited volunteers from the clients, to applying their skills for the cooking, purchasing and cleaning in the kitchen, and built up the volunteers core group, - Managed focus groups for identified seniors to determine their issues with food access. - Organized weekly meetings, food /health training and field trips for Chinese Seniors, with the direction of Community Development and Social Action Worker.- Facilitated Chinese New Year Celebration and Food Access Learning Event
