Lead Uber regional operation team (including 4 provinces, Sichuan, Yunan,Chongqing and Guizhou)

-Hold a cross-function position, which has diverse management and strategy consulting experience across different industries, normally lead 2-3 people as a team to complete the project. -Applied map data methodology for a worldwide leading consumer company to identify potential market opportunity and optimize store allocation. Provided a list of white space with 7000+ stores in China for client, and the sales will be doubled once client implements the plan. This project won APAC Products Choice award in 2016, and helped company win the next stage project.-Conducted customer segmentation for a China leading insurance company, considering different angles, such as customer demand, attitudes, channel and customer value, depicted each group in details for client use. Implemented pilot design and received positive feedback in the end. Currently, the segmentation result and methodology were applied in company system, in order to help the company develop precise, effective and excellent marketing strategy. -Conducted business development proposals, provided creative and digital-oriented ideas for the team, and helped company win 2 projects so far, one is for a China leading Resource Company, another one is for a Global leading Consumer Company.

--Provided support to CEO for daily business-related activities, meetings coordination and arrangement, executed and implemented related decisions and plans.-Directed semi-annual performance appraisal, worked with different department directors to design the evaluation matrix, scoring system and process, and monitored the whole process based on black box system. The appraisal was effectively completed in two months and the results were used to semi-annual board meeting.-Developed the recruiting system, particularly for recruiting management, information record and update, and job description update. Created the Excel table to record information for all positions, as well as translated JDs in both Chinese and English. This work was highly praised by CEO and other upper level, strongly agreed the new system is more professional and well-organized.-Conducted the market research for gaming industry, as well as offered the suggestions for new tools and company website design. The board accepted my suggestions, we used the new tool in performance appraisal process and redesigned the website, which has been launched already.
