Organizing meetings for the whole Marketyze team, and assisted in selecting members for awards. Managing on-boarding, off-boarding, and contracts. Ensuring shared resources are organized.Planning, leading, and conducting Human Resources Weekly Meetings.Creating and organizing bonding events.Delegating tasks for members and collaborating with other departments for events.Conducting ongoing recruitment efforts: we recently welcomed 7 new members to the team.

Creating themes and social media posts for events, reaching people from around the world on different social media platforms.Designing info packages for programs that partner with companies such as RE/MAX.
