Cathy is a Leadership and Performance Coach. She has developed customized Leadership and Performance Programs for Rutgers Women's Soccer and Lacrosse, East Carolina Women's Soccer, Sky Blue FC of the National Women's Soccer League, Villanova Women's Rowing and the Players Development Academy (PDA) - the largest youth soccer program in New Jersey.
