I have a passion for helping others be their best and succeed which I bring to everything I do.In my 34 years of experience in the software industry I have empowered teams to be their best by being a customer champion, mentoring coworkers, providing cross-team partnerships, and guiding strategic direction.Currently, I coach, train, and facilitate teams in agile practices. Previously at Tableau, I managed the development and maintenance of the Tableau development team training resources. These included a complete on-boarding program built around instructor-led training, e-learning, a summer intern education program and a learning and development strategy for engineering roles with learning maps by role and level. I also developed and managed the learning curriculum and rolled out new programs as needed.Additionally, I had the pleasure of establishing and leading the first West Coast Chapter of the EMC LGBT employee circle.
