CurrentI have worked for Right Recruiting for 13 years and have had a lot of fun being a part of our firm’s growth. The assignments that we get here are very diverse, as is evidenced that we were the only recruiting firm ranked as a Top Retained and Top Contingency firm in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s annual ranking. I like the fact that I never know what the next assignment will bring; a Director of Interior Design for an architectural firm, a VP of Supply Chain or HR for a Fortune 500 company or an engineer or accountant for a local manufacturer. Our web site lists some of our clients and it is indeed an interesting group of businesses and industries.I have two main focuses here. I handle all of our retained HR searches and I also manage our contingency focus.
