Special focus is given to coaching and educating institutions on CAEL’s Principles of Effectiveness for Serving Adult Learners. Her work as Senior Consultant focuses heavily on training institutions on the effective implementation of Prior Learning Assessment. She also contributes to the analysis and growth of the ALFI (Adult Learning Focused Initiative) Initiative, a multi-part assessment project that compares peer institutions in areas related to effectiveness, academic achievement, and student satisfaction.
