Directed a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a new loan origination system. Defined the current loan origination process, identified requirement gaps for all proposed solutions, negotiated vendor proposals, and guided the executive management team in evaluating and selecting the final proposal.

During this aggressive time in the mortgage lending industry, enhancement releases were frequent and timelines were short, requiring careful and meticulous planning, management of a large team of on-site and offshore resources, attention to analysis and design details and close scope management.
