Managing the brand transition of Arnolds Hotel - Marketing,Public Relations, Business Development and Events.

• Develop and deliver B2C digital marketing campaigns in the UK and across EMEA to support product launches, live stream partnerships and promote original content.• Manage the production of exclusive video content with global talent to increase web traffic, encourage app downloads and generate national and international media coverage. • Accountable for delivering an annual calendar of 200+ events to include product launches, press events and trade sponsored events to engage consumers and B2B clients, online and offline. • Day to day management of two Marketing Assistants, Yahoo’s UK media and social agency and several external event teams. • Identify opportunities and partnerships with key influencer groups and member bodies to grow product awareness, generate leads for the sales team and increase revenue opportunities. • Work closely with the UK and EMEA PR team to align on all campaign strategies, maximising earned media, while also leading copywriting projects and collateral production for internal and external events.

• Assist the Head of UK Marketing delivering B2B and B2C marketing activity for experiential events, new app launches and brand sponsored events such as Yahoo Wireless, festivals and industry awards.• Manage production of marketing materials and product experience events to support sales revenue and educate clients, media agencies and consumers.• Continually monitor and review marketing investment against revenue growth, DAUs and downloads.• Day to day management of marketing budget, vendor set up, raising POs and tracking expenses.• Present marketing strategies to the UK leadership team and sales team, collaborating where possible across EMEA and leveraging industry partners to secure PR and media opportunities. • Support the UK PR Manager in creating blogs posts and copy for use on brand social platforms.

• Responsible for providing ATL and BTL marketing and PR support for agency clients such as Rimmel London, Dublin Fashion Festival, Coty, Trilogy Skincare and independent Irish fashion retailers. • Highlights include the launch of the inaugural Dublin Fashion Festival generating over €1m worth of media coverage and the launch of ‘Heat by Beyonce’ hosting a consumer event in Dublin followed by a VIP media event in New York.• Developed a strong relationship with key media across TV, radio, print and online platforms as well as influential opinion leaders creating an extensive network of industry contacts. • Produced brand marketing collateral, POS, advertorials, content for web and social media channels as well as extensive copy writing of press releases, reports and pitches. During this period one of The PR Boutique’s client’s Blue Sky Products requested in-house marketing and PR support on a part-time basis for the products they distribute in the Irish and NI market. • Localised and delivered marketing and PR plans for a range of international beauty brands including REN Skincare, Mama Mio and Kerstin Florian.• Coordinated production of brand marketing materials regularly liaising with stockists to support new product launches and in-store promotions to increase brand awareness and sales.• Pitched and reacted to media opportunities generating positive media coverage across print, broadcast, trade and online media in Ireland and Northern Ireland.• Managed brand presence at trade events, consumer events and media events to launch new products and increase awareness and business revenue.
