Real estate is my passion. Buying, Selling, Renovating, Building - It's all sexy to me!I started real estate while working on my MBA at The University of Texas San Antonio by helping a well-known Broker start branch out to San Antonio, The Staubach Company. At the time, I was more interested in business than real estate, but after deciding to go into commercial real estate I discovered my WHY. What's a WHY? Some might say to get their dream house, make money, or have a flexible schedule. Go deeper. I have had the fortunate opportunity to live and travel around the world. I've seen people in some rather destitute situations where being "poor" in the USA looks quite rich elsewhere. I found through real estate I can live my mantra, my passion, my life mission, my Why. TO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE. I help others by building people up in business, in their living, to live better and sustainable. I help people make SMART Decisions to improve their living with quality, sustainable, financially sound choices. As a result, I formed CRIADO Realty. CRIADO Realty is a boutique real estate company with a bilingual team of experienced real estate professionals who passionately helps others achieve their dreams. You can achieve anything you want if you help others achieve what they want (Ziglar). I started on a new life journey in 2016 so I modified my green business model to focus on safety and durability - build homes that can survive disasters such as earthquakes, tornados, fires, and hurricanes. My sister company METCON Spaces is an ISBU Container builder "Unconventional, Globally Responsible Spaces for a Better Living." Buildings are built in San Antonio, TX and transported anywhere, anywhere. Right now we ship Tiny Homes anywhere and full-sized properties in San Antonio.
