My passion in this arena is to help people understand how money works and put $$ to work for them, instead of always working for $$. I worked with people to design a plan for today and into the future. One of my areas of financial expertise was tax-free retirement accounts. Additionally, I build a team of hundreds of representatives. For both personal and team efforts, I garnered numerous company and organization awards and recognition for top performance in sales and production every year. In my first 6 months at the company, I was awarded the #10 Recruiter for the full year among thousands of representatives in the entire company. I have a passion for training and developing people who want to accomplish professional and personal success.

Recruited in 1991, I fell in love with BeautiControl and it's mission to empower women to have their own business, unlimited income potential and time freedom. Branded then as the World's Premier Image Company, I built my business and clientele through Image workshops for corporations and organizations. This was a foundation for many of my future skills and business ventures, such as Public Speaking, training, recruiting and so much more. I went on to earn a professional certification from the prestigious London Image Institute, and a member of AICI, the Association of Image Consultants International. Throughout the years, I have continued my passion for helping people look and feel their best, from head to toe. You see, I have found that when we are confident in how we look and feel, that confidence exudes from us and we become a "human magnet", attracting people (and business) to us, almost effortlessly. Although I am no longer an "active" consultant with BeautiControl, I continue to utilize the passion, expertise and skills I developed in this fine company.

I was responsible for the overall operation of the Midtown Atlanta branch - overseeing recruiting, hiring, managing staff, outside sales, financials, etc. for half of Metro Atlanta.

I was responsible for the operation of the Lithia Springs branch - overseeing recruiting, hiring, managing staff, outside sales, financials, etc. Prior to Branch Manager, I was an outside sales representative for the Northlake and Southlake branches. I took the lowest performing office in the company to the 2nd highest performing in a few short months by increasing margins, growing the customer base and expanding existing accounts by as much as 1,000%. When Ranstad bought TempForce, my position remained the same.
