Manage day-to-day operations of nonprofit. Responsible for hiring, training and supervising staff and volunteers. Manage relationships across the nonprofit, public, and corporate sectors. Works closely with Making A Difference Foundation Board of Directors facilitating programs/initiatives with an emphasis on education, homelessness, domestic violence, emergency services, and other outreach initiatives. Responsible for effectively developing, executing, and monitoring strategic fund development, public relations and marketing plans designed to generate support from a diverse array of sources such as government and foundation grants, individuals, corporations. Teambuilding & Community Collaboration•Establish and maintain relationships/partnerships with other non profit agencies, medical community, community organizations, and local leaders. Fundraising •Collaborate with the Making A Difference Foundations Board of Directors to discuss the research and execution of grants, establishing and maintaining funders/donors.Financial Management•Works closely with Making A Difference Foundation Treasurer insuring financial management of annual operating budget.
