Responsible for business analysis and project management of medium to large web application development projects and adherence to Systems Deployment Methodology tools and development standards. • Developed and implemented a “Best in Class” global account management application to support account management of the top 100 accounts. Met the business goal to improve their account attainment/retention and cyclical loss reduction, providing a 60% increase in revenue over a one-year period. Application was applauded by senior executives and global account management and received a sales organization award for the year. • Delivered a new web-based sales implementation tool, featuring a central data repository of customer start-ups, real-time response summary, and visibility of progress to all levels of the sales management team. The implementation of this application reduced annual sales implementation rollout costs by $92,500 and created $698,490 in new monthly revenue. • To fulfill ISO certification audits, implemented the first enterprise-wide learning management system. By providing a central repository for all training records and recurrent training alerts, the business was able to meet the minimum training requirement regulation for all positions and easily produce on-demand training record reports by employee or station.• Led the development and implementation of a Country Website Management application used to configure and launch all country websites, employing a common header and footer template. The implementation of this application established a consistent design and navigation standard throughout the global community providing a common face to the customer.

Responsible for web development projects for Hughes Aircraft and Raytheon companies. Developed business proposals and coordinated with the finance and contract groups for pricing and approval. Worked closely with the external client to develop requirements and manage expectations. Transitioned requirements to the development team and managed resources, project schedules and budgets to ensure quality project deliverables. • Delivered a production proxy service for Hughes and CSC to provide employee internet access through the Hughes firewall. Proxy included customer automated user registration pages, site blocking, audit logging, reporting, and customer support services. As project manager, developed the business proposal, led the core development team and coordinated the support activities necessary to bring the new service on-line. • Pioneered the first Lotus InterNotes web site for Hughes Aircraft Company, building the foundation for an automated process to enable information providers to publish and maintain their documents on the web. Site represented a significant corner stone toward an organized Hughes Intranet and reduced annual maintenance costs by $260K. • Led a cross-framework team to develop the first web site for the Hughes Information Technology group with a budget of $191K. This highly visible project earned high commendations from both the client and CSC senior management.

Supervised a staff of five consultants from the EDI and Videotex groups. Effectively kept staff focused on project completion and mentored them on personal development and growth.
