As vice president of IT recruiting, I’m responsible for leading recruiting strategies for Kelly Technology—a specialized workforce solutions and professional staffing firm dedicated to connecting the brightest IT talent with today’s most innovative organizations. Before joining Kelly, I worked at Robert Half Technology, where I led an award-winning team of IT recruiters as Division Director. And before that, I was an IT Recruiting Manager at Manpower. I strongly believe in always leaning in and working hard. I balance this approach by regularly reminding my teammates to find their ‘Zen’ and never sweat the small stuff. My husband and I reside in Sacramento, CA, where we are currently enjoying a well-earned empty-nester lifestyle after raising two wonderful sons.
