Responsible for providing Independent Dealer and VAR Channel sales reps support in the following areas; configuration, specification, side by side analysis, competitive information or answer any general questions. Provide recommendations based on information provided. I also pre-process any special pricing requests to ensure conformance to set guidelines and available pricing programs. Review promotions and answer any questions with respect to special marketing programs. Create newsletters and other forms of information. Act as the primary point-of-contact between Sales and our internal marketing, operations, production and legal teams. Manage Salesforce for our Dealer leads.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support Sales Representatives and Principals in our Dealer Channel via our hotline in the Eastern Region ( Ontario, Quebec and Maritimes), with a focus on Open Line Dealers• Learn new products as they launch to provide instruction and leadership to sales representatives so they may sell Ricoh products more effectively• Support Dealer pricing requests in conjunction with Pricing Group• Work in conjunction with other departments such as Product Support and Marketing and Pricing group to ensure dealers get the materials required to engage in sales activity• Maintain Dealer Portal • Educate Dealers on new programs, promotions and contests as needed• Create and provide reports with analysis to Manager• Create and email monthly newsletters• Provide back up support to Client Service Support Helpdesk• Some travel required (Marketing Road shows/Tradeshows)
