Sinoized offers educational strategy consulting and cultural preparation to companies and individuals looking to either enter the Chinese educational market or prepare for business endeavors there. Sinoized also recruits high-quality AP/IB, K-12 teachers to help land employment at upper echelon schools throughout China.

In my role as Assistant Director, International Professional Learning, I managed The College Board's international Advanced Placement (AP) professional development in over 50 countries worldwide. I worked closely with over 100 College Board AP teacher consultants and about 50 different American Overseas Schools, International Schools and organizations (i.e. Ministry of Education of UAE) all over the world. Creating strategic plan to improve the overseas market share of our main products (SAT and AP). Worked closely with top management to ensure expansions goals were not only met, but exceeded. Ensured all details (from securing overseas venue space, presenter sourcing to billing every aspect) of 30+ professional development workshops were flawlessly executed. Oversaw over $1 million in revenue (generated from professional development attendees) and manage the annual budget of AP workshops worldwide.

As the Assistant Director of China Initiatives, my role was to aid in the College Board's pan-China expansion plan. Year over year I consistently grew the number of the Advanced Placement schools in the PRC by over 40 new schools. More so, I was fully responsible for ensuring over 340 China-based partner AP/SAT/PSAT schools received excellent customer service. I ensured all data was current for our vast network of China partner schools. I organized and oversaw all logistics of four professional development workshops and one 200+ participant conference in mainland China annually. I audited over 8 Advanced Placement (AP) test centers and 10 AP schools in China yearly to ensure College Board's rigorous standards are met. I utilized my bilingual abilities to translate(English/Chinese) and proof read legal documents.

Program Associate for the College Board's China division. Aided in the process of approving Advanced Placement (AP) public and private schools in the PRC. Audited AP-certified schools in China to ensure College Board's rigorous standards are met. Coordinated all logistics for multiple, annual China-based professional developments. Aided the Vice President of China Initiatives in scheduling, travel planing and other administrative tasks.

Personal assistant to the top level executive of the Shanghai Motor Technical Center. Daily duties varied widely but included English to Chinese simultaneous technical interpretation (during high-level meetings), document translation and creating and organizing managerial agendas. Trained lower level executive assistants on their job duties and monitored their progress. Other duties included teaching foreign employees Mandarin and designing lesson those plans.

Executive Assistant to Director of Chassis Department of the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. Responsibilities included English/Chinese technical translation/interpretation, secretarial matters and creating/organizing managerial agendas.

Part-time customer service representative (while undergraduate) for premiere Regus location in Shanghai, China. Worked with international clientele from a multitude of industries including Starbucks, SOM and Scottish Development International among many others. Was consistently praised for delivering excellent customer service to clients.
