Cathy has been continuing her studies with Yoganand Michael Carroll, of the Pranakriya School of Yoga and at Kripalu Center with Shiva Rae, “Lighting the Heart’s Fire”, and with Bo Forbes, ”Yoga for Anxiety and Depression”.Cathy is passionate about integrating yoga off the mat. As a sales and marketing professional she incorporates yoga practices in her leadership role, creating healthy work teams and a balanced lifestyle. Cathy is leading classic yoga and vinyasa classes that include: Centering and Meditation, Pranyama (breath work), and Asana (physical poses).

As Regional Marketing Manager at QuEST Global, an engineering outsourcing company, I am responsible for developing a regional account base marketing capacity. ARRA US Stimulus Bill Program Management Office LeaderFebruary 2009 the HP Executive Committee, established the Stimulus PMO to evaluate HP’s addressable market opportunities. Led the Pan-HP effort. Engaged all market segments, business units and corporate functions, i.e., legal, government affairs, corporate PR, etc. Produced a detailed report that identified HP's addressable opportunity.

Developed and executed strategic marketing, business development and sales plans to drive increasing sales revenue in the Federal, State and Local Government and Education markets.Managed marketing programs that fueled double digit revenue growth, exceeding revenue targets of approximately $2 B annually using an integrated program including direct mail, advertising, web, executive and partner programs.

Managed information systems sales to large global corporate accounts: Marriott International, Sodexho, America OnLine Inc., GE Information Services. Consistently achieved sales target of $40 million per year. Deployed multimillion-dollar complex international rollouts which included the full HP portfolio of solutions and services.

Account executive in the HP company’s Analytical Division. (now known as Agilent Technologies). Sold high-tech analysis instrumentation to commercial customers and government agencies including the Food and Drug Administration and the National Institutes of Health. Led a team assisting the Department of the Navy in its deployment of HP analysis solutions supporting Operation Desert Storm for which the Dept of the Navy awarded Cathy and HP a special commendation.

Successfully managed sales of Biotechnology instrumentation to sequence DNA and Protiens to Pharmaceutical, Bio/Life Science Companies, and University and Government Research Labs, i.e., National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute, Georgetown University Lombardi Cancer Institute.
