As the CEO and co-founder of CLO100, I bring over two decades of experience in Learning and Organisational Development. My career has been dedicated to shaping global learning, talent, and cultural strategies for several renowned multinational companies across diverse sectors. I'm proud to have contributed to the success of prominent brands such as British Gas, Expedia, Tesco, Coca Cola European Partners and Soho House. I have experience in executing learning strategies and initiatives that have significantly enhanced both employee and business performance. I specialise in establishing robust L&D brands, with a strong emphasis on internal L&D marketing and communications. This approach ensures that L&D is not only strategically aligned with organisational goals, but also recognised as a valuable business function that drives individual and business growth.In my current role at CLO100, which I co-founded with my business partner Robert Wager, I utilise my experience in designing and leading our Learning Leaders Programme. This 12-month programme prepares participants to overcome the challenges faced by CLOs (Heads of Learning). On completion, participants are awarded an Executive Certificate in Strategic Learning Leadership to demonstrate their achievement.
