I have a passion for learning, and a dislike of PowerPoint (or more specifically, those who use PowerPoint for evil).I’m passionate about learning and development, and the changing nature of training. I strive to challenge expectations, and am continuously researching new strategies and ideas in learner engagement and training design and delivery, and seeking better ways to support learning outcomes. My areas of expertise include instructional design, facilitation, e-learning design and authoring, and early talent program strategy, design and delivery.I’m particularly passionate about supporting young professionals as they embark on a career and navigate the world of work. By empowering them to succeed, and building a strong talent pipeline for the business, I can make an impact.I have designed and managed a number of early talent programs, including graduate programs, an indigenous cadetship, and internship programs within my corporate roles, and now work on the supplier side where I help design and facilitate development programs across a variety of industries, and both public and private sector.I'm driven to deliver programs that not only meet business needs but also exceed the expectations of all stakeholders. In 2018, the Gallagher Bassett Internship Program was awarded Best Internship Program in Australia under my leadership. For a program only launched 2 years earlier, I am incredibly proud of this achievement.I'm also proud to advocate for the graduate industry as a whole, and have been engaged with the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) for many years, as a member representative, a committee member, and now under an associate membership.
