Primary Accountability: Establish and enforce guidelines by which all attendees will be most protected from harm during events attended by thousands of guests. Meet with Stadium Managers, Talent, and Talent Security to establish event requirements, review venue procedures, and coordinate event security protocols. Train and manage security staff to identify and manage security breaches, threats, and critical incidents. Create staff schedules and process bi-monthly payroll. Event Security Manager – Multiple Venues (2012 to Present): Manage on-the-ground security force of 14 to 200 trained personnel at venues throughout the United States. Collaborate with operational leaders to develop and implement appropriate security measures and staff per event. Maintain ongoing communication via phone and email with staff at venues with upcoming events. Arena Event Security Manager – Sears Centre Arena (2010 to 2012):Primary accountability for developing and leading Security Teams, Security Protocols, and Event Coverage for the Sears Centre Area, an 11,000-seat arena in the greater Chicago Area.
