Led three-member major gifts team for this global health organization. Managed 130 individual portfolio. Raised $2.7 million from majors donors and gala. Cultivated and solicited major donors, including one resulting in a $500,000 endowment of the US Vision program, the first one to be established and largest gift. Collaborated with global colleagues to secure restricted funding of up to $75,000. Managed COVID, match, and year-end appeals to reach revenue goals. Supported Nominating Committee and President & CEO in managing Board nominee pipeline, including identification and securing diverse candidates. Strategized and provided oversight for first virtual gala raising over $1.0 million and launch of engagement event series. Partnered with the Vice President, External Relations to reimagine the majors team, including hiring of an Associate and Officer.

Led three-member department for this small nonprofit organization. Secured two multi-year funders for domestic violence program, raising $600,000 and projected expansion to ten cities. Evaluated direct mail options to increase individual donor base. Recommended and led petition campaign with Care2, acquiring 7,000 names and emails. Managed inaugural gala, including Benefit Committee. Sold out venue and raised $330,000.

Managed gala, symposium , and five cultivation events, building 2014 gala attendance to record 325. Built institutional pipeline, securing $1 million from new institutional supporters in one year.

Appointed to Chief Development Officer role after six months; realigned development team of two professionals and managed Director of Communications. Raised $4 million annually from corporations, foundations and individuals, meeting 100% of total revenue goal. Led new board recruitment strategy, resulting in five board members and $820,000 annually. Staffed Development Committee and presented reports to Board of Fortune 500 C-suite executives and university presidents. Created Corporate Council of 27 donors, generating $630,000, and pipeline of future Board members.

Built key corporate/individual relationship with top law firm and partner, resulting in major gift from partner, and facilitated her appointment to the Board.
