The skills I've honed by applying my Coaching skills for Transitioning Professionals, conducting Re-employment Priority Planning Seminars, called "Job Power", for the State of Florida's, Agency for Workforce Innovation. conducting Resume Development and Professional Interviewing Skills Workshops (those two components of job searching in today's ultra-competitive environment require breakthrough skills)Additionally, I conduct successful Premarital 4 hour programs (sometimes longer....depends on the data I get back from the assessment software) for those engaged and seriously dating couples who want to be really sure they are taking the right step. I have a 98% retention rate with my couples, which I'm very excited about. Also very, very important is a strategic program for today's "Blended Families" (those couples who bring children into the relationship / marriage). I also conduct 12 week Coaching for these couples and, yes, you guessed it; 98% retention rate on these relationships as well! Extremely exciting.Dividing my focus to today's Career Seekers and Relationship Coaching with great success!
