Schedule and track all new-move in activity, ensuring inspections are on track and up-to-date, apartments are turned resident-ready. Prepare all move-in documents including residential leases, and section 8 paperwork. Process all recertifications in a timely manner. Post tenant and subsidy rent payments, security deposits, and other revenue items in Property Management Database. Adhere to all state and federal privacy and security regulations applicable to the program, and to CCC policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security.
