Cathy has had a far-reaching career that includes over 25 years in the real estate industry, more than 10 years of teaching experience and is known as an subject matter expert in homeownership. She has authored more than 150 training manuals, met and trained more than 100,000 real estate professionals and has conducted more than 2,000 live classes since 2007. She averages 300 learning opportunities per year.Because of Cathy’s background in real estate and mortgage lending alongside relationships with federal, state and local government agencies she is well-equipped to understanding the needs of her students and equally well prepared to offer hands-on, real world guidance that serve them well.
