About Cathy Michitsch, Bcre-Pro
Opened Michitsch Systems Inc in 1992 primarily to support charities that had very little hardware and limited donor database systems. Built A Software Development Division and a Raiser's Edge / Crystal Reports Consulting Division. Focused now solely on "Supporting those who make the ASK" by providing Raiser's Edge consulting.Implemented & supported donor databases in over 145 organizations throughout North America.Trained over 100 Raiser's Edge users since the mid 90's starting with the DOS version right up to the current version. I have also taught Crystal Reports to several hundred students since 1989 at BCIT.I love to teach, consult, audit donor databases and support not for profit organizations and their staff. I strive to improve Annual Giving, Major Giving, Planned Giving, Prospect/Moves Management and Events Management by recommending database configuration, data cleansing, online offerings and providing Business Intelligence/metrics reports.I have been a long term volunteer in The Vancouver lower mainland, including for The Canucks For Kids Telethon, the Variety - Children's Charity Telethon, AFP Vancouver Board for 7 years and various AFP committees including volunteering with AFP Canada Foundation on the Scholarship Committee.
