Worst job I have ever had. The worst ran company I have ever worked for. Zero customer service allowed. all they were about were the numbers. You had to take 10 minute calls, 6 per hour, and you ere never allowed to completely help the client. So the claimants would have to keep calling back and wait on hold for hours, or never get through and they were so frustrated and angry and scared. So, I did exactly what I was taught to do, in life, HELP People Out. Be service oriented, accomplish something when you get a caller. Some cases took a week or more to figure out what was wrong with their claims. Most ridiculous job ever!!!

Driving my own vehicle to pick up passengers who request a ride from and to particular locations throughout the city, extending to Albany , Portland, Vancouver and beyond.

Closer/Funder for Mortgage loans for Bank of America Loan Center. One of the top 3 closers for the Hillsboro Branch for the past 8 months. Auditing loan files, drawing loan documents, coordinating closings with borrowers and title companies, auditing signed loan documents, preparing and processing wires, funding loans, following up with any closing/post closing conditions for the loans.

My duties included originating mortgage loans, refinance and purchase; obtaining all pertinent documentation for the loan to pass underwriting, worked closely with the loan processor and underwriters, funding and doc departments. Stayed in constant contact with borrower throughout the loan process, confirming the funding of the loan. If it was a local loan, I went to the closings of the loans at the title companies office. Problem solving and customer service were great attributes that I was able to utilize along with multi-tasking, attention to details and tenacity. I had also been a loan originator previously, while working for First Pacific Mortgage for 3+ years.

I oversaw the funding and document departments as well as worked closely with the shipping and underwriting departments. I was part of the upper management meetings and was actively working with the Controllers to help predict and reconcile our funding numbers, daily and monthly. We set funding records for our office while I was working there. I was in charge of hiring and training, load leveling for my team, as well as working my own workload of drawing documents and funding. I worked with our different banks (lines of credit) as far as being able to send out wires for our investors, bringing in new operation systems and training the employees on them.

I began as a senior loan closer and worked my way up to the Closing Department Manager. I oversaw the funding team, training, hiring, implementing new processes, coordinating balancing of accounts with Controllers. I kept the workflow steady and even, assisted when needed to the processes of funding loans and moving files on to the shipping and secondary departments. I was on the management teams' strategic planning committee, problem solving for processors, doc drawers and funders. I would check documents prior to sending out, assisted in training, correcting drawing and funding errors, assisted in clearing any outstanding conditions. I produced daily /monthly production reports to upper management as well.

Senior Funder for wet and dry states. Reviewing loan files, drawing loan documents, coordinating with escrow companies, clearing conditions, wiring funds, shipping files, follow-up & customer service. Assisted funding manager with inter-department training, a team leader for a sub-prime mortgage company where I would help to train new hires and assist them with the closing of their loans and QC their files. Audited files prior to being shipped to corporate.

Sales Associate for residential real estate which included procuring listings and sales of real property, escrow coordination, marketing and evaluations of real estate. I also managed one of the 36 branch offices that had approximately 25 realtors which included supervising and managing sales staff, with an emphasis on recruiting, training and motivating the sales staff. I took over managing the office in early 1990. Then the parent company (Great Western Bank) closed down all 36 offices within 6 months.
