I design and lead high energy, interactive sessions that bring the best out organizations that want to develop and embed effective and practical staff strategies and build positive, focused and inclusive staff teams.Co-founder of Working With Others (www.workingwithothers.org) which, in 19 years, has been implemented in over 2000 schools across the UK, North America and Europe. Delivered under an exclusive global licence from the University of Brighton, Working With Others is a personalised support and training programme for schools and early years settings that has a dramatic impact on motivation, pupil behaviour, class relationships, staff teams and how groups are used to improve learning across the curriculum. As a skilled adviser, trainer and facilitator, I work with children and parents, and train teachers, advisors, students, mentors, management teams and classroom assistants from early years to adult education.Between 2015-2019 I worked with the education charity Reach To Teach (reach-to-teach.org), helping them to develop highly effective training programmes for teachers and schools in India. Grounded in my education research and work in Relational Intelligence, regular trips to India enable me to both deliver the training to teachers, leaders and other professionals, as well as help the charity to develop its India based training team.
