I love my profile picture. It's taken at the beginning of my career as an important and memorable milestone. I am an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a demonstrated history of success in civil works and building works for a major railway operator in Hong Kong. My skills include Contracts Management, Design Management, Construction Cost Control, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and NEC knowledge. I am a Registered Professional Surveyor (PS) and MHKIS with a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Surveying. Since 2021, I have been involved as the Training and Development Champion for my department. My role is to build a learning culture, participate in the recruitment process, and improve the learning experience for new joiners. I am passionate about helping my colleagues develop their skills and reach their full potential.
