Ensures the correct procedures are followed where the Engineering Department provideengineering services for an operator in accordance with their General Maintenance Manual(GMM) or Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE); Provide leadership within theEngineering Department, including team motivation, performance and technical coaching,reviewing work and providing feedback to Engineering staff to enhance their technicalcapability and performance; Assisting production in the interpretation of engineering drawings,SB’s, SRM’s, etc; Interpretation of Engineering replies and transcribing the instructions into anunambiguous staged work process; Ensure the accuracy of information and instructionstranscribed in Engineering paperwork; Perform Project Management with respect toimplementation of major repairs, modifications or refurbishment projects, and internal changeprojects; Act as a focal point for communication between production and customer ormanufacturer. This may involve liaising with the customer or manufacturer over technical issuessuch as suggesting repair schemes that would fall outside the scope of the repair manual,electrical wiring problems etc.

Job Description:- Evaluates Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.- Updates Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) to be used for Engine Health Monitoring.- Assists Aircraft Engineers during systems and powerplant troubleshooting. - Monitors the LRUs and LLPs.- Provides repair proposal should structural damage arises.- Review and updated maintenance program and associated aircraft/equipment database.- Review, investigate and rectifies discrepancies captured by reliability program.
