• Integrate different talent’s resources in short time, identify the most effective channel；• Communicate with candidates and measure whether his or her capability match the position；• Prepare the assessment report independently and recommend the qualified candidate to customers in time；• Follow the interview process from customers to candidates；• Take part in the salary negotiation after the candidates passing through the whole process of interview.
