Supply Chain Project Management “Hub” – End-to-End management of the product change control process that directly enables the production and distribution of commercial product globally.• Change Management – Change Owner for Global Distribution Change Records (GDCR) that define Supply Chain strategy and implementation framework for product launches and lifecycle management. Collaborated with Regional Operations Leads and SMEs to ensure change records comply with regulatory requirements using Trackwise Change Control Management System.• Vendor Management – Program Manager for 8 Patient Support Programs that involved oversight of vendor’s compliance to regulatory requirements. Included collaborating with stakeholders on program launches or modifications, contract negotiations and monitoring vendor performance metrics. • BARDA Program Management – Managed documentation of Vendor Managed Inventory contracted by the U.S. Government involving a complicated schedule of deliverables demonstrating contractual compliance.

Implemented an enterprise Purchase-to-Pay eProcurement system – Scope involved $32M annual indirect spend and 110 pilot users. Rapid progress was essential to revive an overdue project.• Process Analysis – Analyzed to-be process and developed process models/diagrams. Developed over 30 role-based user manuals and conducted training.• Maximo Enterprise Suite (cost accounting system) – Deployed procurement applications for use by all Studio Group departments: Purchase Requisition, Request for Quote, Purchase Order, Receiving, Invoice and Contracts. Replaced a paper-based purchasing process, which included converting RFQs and SOWs to electronic formats.Application Support and Maintenance – Managed application support staff and supported a variety of web-based and client-server applications (17 applications total). Supported over 400 users in the Studio Group division and their customers. Managed vendors and in-house technical resources performing software maintenance. Administered SOX-compliant change management process.Project Management – Managed all aspects of capital expenditure projects; developed and managed project budgets and schedules, also evaluated and recommended technology solutions.• POSitouch – Managed Phase 1 of POS system replacement; $120K budget. Also led team that implemented PCI DSS-compliant data security and risk mitigation procedures for credit card transactions.• Send Word Now – Implemented an emergency notification system; $60K budget. Guided business in evaluating SaaS solutions and selecting a vendor with system redundancy and guaranteed 99.9% up time.
