Current• Consulting with customers to cordially and efficiently verify pendent financial and credit transactions, demonstranting a high level of telephone etiquette and the ability to handle any type of personality, adjusting my approach.• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills, collecting dates to regularize past due payments, verifying credit reference information, setting credit limits and solving customer issues pertaining to their account and other products.• Evaluating customer records and recommending payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity.• Referring clients to specialized services, ensuring they received the most effective and adequate support and solutions when facing financial difficulties.• Recording and managing customer data in platform Salesforce, Cockpit system and Financial Database, as well as preparing e-mails and brief reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending or reestructuring credit, enabling quick and easy access to the information, retrieval and cross-reference.
