Responsible for local Accounting, Tax and Reporting of the Company in Portugal, as well as Axians Angola and Axians Mozambique. The three companies of Axians Group arises from the acquisition of Novabase IMS (business unit of Novabase Group) by Group Vinci Energies. I coordinate a team of 4 people, with following responsibilities:· Planning, supervision, support and monitoring of month closing, ensuring theaccomplishment of deadlines;· Quarterly Reporting for Group with application of IFRS;· Analysis and supervision at year-end closing with preparation of financial statements inaccordance to Portuguese legislation;· Accomplishment of fiscal and legal obligations;· Coordination with auditors, external and internal, tax administration and other legalauthorities;. Coordination with the Group the project of implementation of SAP and Navision, as well as implementation of internal procedures to accomplish with Group rules.

The following responsibilities have been accumulated with all activities and responsibilities as Accounting Manager:• Actively plan and manage cash, ensuring the achievement of free cash flow and debt targets; • Manager all cashflow activities; • Contacts with financial entities;• Cooperation with Group Treasury;• Ensure supplier payments;• Working capital management;• Cooperation with credit collections;• Review reporting for Group;

Responsible for local Accounting, Tax and Reporting, as well as for the headquarters (France). I coordinated a local team of 6 people and one team in Shared Service Center (UK) of 2 people, with following responsibilities:• Planning, supervision, support and monitoring of month closing, ensuring the accomplishment of deadlines;• Responsible for analytical accounts, as well allocation of expenses between profit centers and intercompany reconciliations;• Monthly Reporting for Group with application of IFRS;• Analysis and supervision at year-end closing with preparation of financial statements in accordance to Portuguese legislation;• Control of budget and forecasts, as well financial analysis, within the support to Management Control;• Interaction with CFO to provide support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analysis and reports;• Accomplishment of fiscal and legal obligations;• Coordination with auditors, external and internal, tax administration and other legal authorities;• Analysis and supervision of all internal control processes implemented by the Group, as well implementation and improvement of the procedures for proper accomplishment;

Integrated in Deloitte's area of Business Process & Application Solutions which consist mainly in outsourcing finance projects. In the last two years working in Deloitte I was responsible for controlling the financial procedures, fiscal obligations and financial statements in all of my clients. Also I was coordinate and motivate teams.I was active participant in the training sessions of junior colleagues.
