As most Cape Verdeans, I consider myself a citizen of the world and so I had the opportunity to travel to different countries. Thus, in 2002, I participated in an exchange program in the USA for outstanding students from Liceu Ludgero Lima; the following year, I started my degree course and I travelled to the highest city in Portugal and, after 9 year living in Lusitanian territory, I returned to Cabo Verde, where I was invited to collaborate in pioneering cultural projects for my country. Others challenges followed, such as laying the foundations of communication for the civil aviation and maritime sectors. In 2017, I had the honor of being the first Cape Verdean to attend the MBA Atlântico, a program aimed at the internationalization of managers in the Portuguese language space, in a unique and enriching experience on several levels.
