I am looking to get on with a company that has room for growth, while still allowing me to work from my home office. I am qualified to work in a several different fields, Inbound/Outbound Call Center (however I would prefer to work inbound calls), Tier 1 IT Support (I am very trainable) or Virtual Assistant (VA). I have spent 20+ years working nay OWNING the customer service field. I have and always will treat each and every client/customer exactly the way that I want to be treated, with kindness, professionalism, courtesy and genuinely glad to be of service. I do well with face to face customer service and phone based customer service, however I prefer phone based customer service. I have worked 10 years in an at home environment. I work well on my own as well as with a team.
