The company was created in Dec 2022, as a carve-out from E.ON, with the purpose of building a sellable, attractive stand-alone company. We have created a motivated, capable and healthy organization, we have our customers’ trust, a strong business plan and a strategy for increased sustainability. I started my career at Ericsson, where I learned product- and solutions development, how to lead projects and how to be an appreciated line manager. Through work in several organizations and countries, I have handled stakeholders with diverse needs. My shift to Sony Ericsson added customer focus and convincing presentation skills. As Head of Sustainability at E.ON, I used my ability to create structure and drive change. As strategy manager, my business competence strengthened further, and I have shown that I can turn strategy into action. With a role as head of the fuel supply organisation, I added operations management to my skills. Board positions in companies and NGOs have helped develop my understanding of diverse perspectives and considerations. When there are ambitious goals which require creativity, direction and collaboration, I perform at my best. My leadership style creates trust and engagement.
