Growth - Increased Florida’s federal grants by over $11 million for Florida sub grantees to make Florida safer, smarter and healthier. Increased number of organizations receiving Volunteer Generation Funds, from 10 to 22 in three years, expanding skills based volunteerism.Fidelity- Provide oversight, direction and supervision to Volunteer Florida staff for AmeriCorps program implementation representing $26 million of federal/match funds annually. Oversee all grantee monitoring, training, technical assistance, and quality assurance processes to ensure programs adhere to relevant policy and procedures.Innovation - Implemented a full service grants management system for national service grants (Blackbaud Grants Management).

Oversight and advancement of statewide transition program serving at risk youth with disabilities including: Initiated, managed and monitored a 100% growth in number of youth programs over a 5 year period. Provision of technical assistance and training resulting in excellent outcomes for at risk youth (86% of student graduates enter college or employment annually). Management of contract deliverables associated with state and federal funds.

Quality assurance and technical assistance/training for statewide transition program serving at risk youth with disabilities including provided technical assistance and training to 35 youth programs representing 34 Florida counties. Created data collection procedures and synthesized outcomes for messaging statewide program impact.

Managed a transition program providing career based services to students with disabilities in a multi county region. Developed extensive programmatic and fiscal program support through partnership with business, academic and civic organizations. Supported persons with disabilities in attaining independent living goals related to housing, employment and community inclusion.

Provided counseling and case management services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Managed administrative support to Executive Director including fiscal responsibilities of billing and accounting. Overnight management of homelessness families shelter including safety protocol and crisis management.
