With 12 years of experience under my belt, I'm a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer skilled in user research, interaction, and visual design. My journey has taken me through both B2B and B2C finance products, providing me with a diverse perspective in the field.In my recent role at Mastercard, I played a pivotal role in the market expansion of Click to Pay, a secure online B2C payment solution. This experience exposed me to the unique payment processes for Asian, South American, European markets. I was challenged to adapt Click to Pay, which was made for the US market, to fit in these contexts by creating high fidelity interactive prototypes to show project managers and other stakeholders. Prior to this, I led design on a 6 person agile team at TD Ameritrade. During this time, I collaborated with the UX team and design system team to organize usability studies and receive direction on visual, wireframe, and interaction design for 5 website features including money movement and mutual fund management. One of the notable projects was the message center redesign which reduced related customer phone complaints to zero. Beyond design, I'm passionate about fostering teamwork and improving team efficiency. Whether it's maintaining detailed notes on shared components/design assets or writing onboarding documents, I'm always looking for ways to enhance collaboration. At Mastercard, I conducted a Figma components class contributing to improvements in team efficiency. Currently, I am actively seeking a part-time role in New York City, with a focus on joining an established team. My goal is to transition into UX Operations, leveraging my extensive design background to contribute to the seamless functioning of UX processes.
