I have 15 years experience in both the dance and musical theater industries and have worked as a performer, educator, choreographer, and holistic lifestyle consultant. I work with performers to create results driven, customized lifestyle guides that launch their careers and personal goals into fruition with proven success. I have worked with private dance clients to implement healthy eating habits, practice stress management, create a work/life balance, and identify and clarify their life vision. I also have experience as a blogger, dance text-book contributor, as a guest speaker. Catherine is a New York native and received her BA in Musical Theater/Mathematics from American University in Washington, DC. After a successful performing career with Disney Cruise Lines she went on to pursue her true life passion dance education. She received her MA in Dance Education from NYU in 2011 where she received the award for Outstanding Achievement in Dance Education. She has been on faculty at Monmouth University, 92nd Street Y, American Youth Dance Theater, Broadway Bodies, and US Performing Arts Camps. As a choreographer her work has been performed at American University, NYU, The Player's Theater, Dance New Amsterdam, Ailey Studio Theater, and TADA! Youth Theater. As a result of her own personal health crisis in her mid-twenties, Catherine has developed a holistic lifestyle coaching program to empower performers to have long, fulfilling careers as artists. She currently blogs for StarQuest Dance Competitions as their Dance Coach Expert.
