- In charge of controlling Auto Visual Inspection (AVI) machine and supporting Manual Visual Inspection process of Camera Modules.- Collaborate with teams of Machine, Software, Product experts on-site and on Japan to: + Investigate AVI’s performance & Log file to find causes that affect UPH.+ Maintain AVI's Overkill ratio (incorrect judgment) < 9%, continuously reduce to 0.5%.+ Maintain Escape ratio (NG module not detected) at 0%.+ Examine pictures taken by AVI to find abnormal Overkill or Escape.- Participate in annual new Model development: + Review appearance standard and make samples & Golden samples follow request.+ Support adjusting AVI to conform with new Model’s structure.+ Ensure UPH, Overkill & Escape ratio of Trial Run Stages achieve target.

- Provide engineering support to production lines: machines & auto assembly stations operation, operator’s operation in manual assembly process operation, non-conforming solving...- Processing follow customer’s requirement:+ Break down Product Structure into BOM.+ Break down Product Specification to issue Process Instruction.+ Carry out customer’s request in WI, WD.- Apply SPC, 7 QC Tools… to control process and solving issues.- Cooperate with customer’s technical supporters in US and Japan.- Become Captain of team G-FPS (Global Fujikura Production System): continuous improvement for product quality, yield, cost and productivity.

- Participate in building new workshop:+ Design and construct power distribution systems.+ Install steel pipe machine, high frequency welding, PVC machine…+ Inspect new electrical equipment.- Monitoring power distribution system and supporting equipment (crane, air compressor...) in the factory.- Support in periodic maintenance and emergency fault.
