Managed finance and compliance of the Sector Partnerships program;- 5-year, 18million euro fund by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.- Database of 125 projects between 20-500k.- Scope included coffee, cocoa and tea sector in Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, Indonesia, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. - Responsibilities included the central program and project administration, monthly financial reporting review country budgets, project reporting review partners, invoice approvals, budget and agreement support, final audit report on global level by Mazars. - This was a dual team role in which I liaised between the expertise, finance and compliance teams.
