I also created many events with these teams such as Garden Tours, Afternoon Teas, Spa Events such as 'How to Walk in High Heels', Wine Tasting, Hen Parties and corporate business events such as the Essex Tourism Awards Lunch. As PR,I engaged with the local Essex press and built a strong rapport with the national press for news and feature coverage. I have built relationships with celebrities for endorsement and got Lifehouse featured on TV and Radio.My role involvedsourcing press trips to publicize the spa and organizing/hosting itineraries for VIPs, investors and press. Press-wise I wrote and issued press releases, newsletters, offers and invitations for local, trade and consumer press. I attended press events, trade shows and pitch future concept ideas to key leisure, beauty, travel and health industries. I was pro-active with liaising with local journalists and meet them on a regular basis.
