I was drawn to practice yoga to find balance with being a producer and mum. During the circuit breaker in Singapore I moved into teaching yoga especially more calming yoga practices to help students during the pandemic. I offer Restorative, Yin, and Hatha Yoga along with Reiki and Sound Healing. I taught in various studios in Singapore as well as private member clubs such as 1880 and The Straits Clan to organising yoga retreats. This is a passion project alongside production work. Recently I held a women's retreat near Girona. More events coming soon.

Started at Waterside TV (now Freakworks) as a facilities manager for the post and editorial arm of the company. After a couple of years switched to the production company side. Produced 100's of commercials for local and national brands including Glenmorangie, Bank of Scotland, Intelligent Finance, Scotland on Sunday.
