After being diagnosed with ADHD aged 33, I’m on a mission to show the world the value in neurodiversity, to celebrate different ways of thinking and to create better environments where all neurotypes can thrive. As a member of the International Coaching Federation, my official title is “Trauma Informed ADHD Coach and Neurdiversity Trainer”. In Autumn 2024, I am launching my new Neurodiversity Awareness and Training programme designed to increase awareness in your organisation as a whole and to develop your managers, people and leadership teams with the practical skills to create a neuroinclusive culture where neurodivergent employees can thrive and grow.
