I am currently studying Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Through elective courses, I have chosen to deepen my expertise in HR and leadership.During my studies, I have had the opportunity to participate in several projects for real companies, taking on roles both as a project team member and as a project manager. These projects have included tasks such as planning social media marketing strategies, improving employee well-being and enhancing employer branding.I have gained valuable experience in the grocery retail sector. Working as a shift supervisor has taught me leadership skills while also strengthening my ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively. Additionally, my role as a cash register supervisor has helped me develop strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
