About Catrina Morisoli

Hello, my name is Catrina! I'm a Washington Native, with a passion for the recreational cannabis industry and how to navigate brands and businesses through the new, exciting and dynamic industry of legal cannabis. After many years in the action sports industry; beginning as a sales person and climbing my way to buying and inventory management, I decided to jump into the cannabis industry shortly after it became recreational in Washington state. It's been over 5 years of working with various cannabis brands/producers and retailers, and at this point in my cannabis career I've been a remote Sales Manager. As a manager I've overseen key accounts, field sales representatives, products and go-to-market plans. Throughout the years, I've broaden my understanding of cannabis market segmentation and the competitive landscape and what it takes to be a sustainable brand in a growing market. As for my future, I am looking to dive more into product management. I'm eager to expand my creative nature while using my analytical skills and rounding out my supply chain knowledge. Outside of being a cannabis sales professional, you can find me outside exploring the pacific northwest whether that be camping, paddle boarding, or taste testing the amazing cuisine offered and hanging with my dogs.
