Collaborated with The Nka Foundation, a non-profit based in Abetenim, Ghana, for the design-build of a classroom within the scope of a larger educational campus. Prior to construction, preparations included creating design and construction documents, hosting fundraising and recruitment events, and establishing the organization as a non-profit.Managed a team of 30 international volunteers and local workers. Over the course of the four-month project, on-site construction administration included scheduling, changes to construction, hands-on building, marketing, and coordination with the local government. Responsible for all budgeting, material purchases and deliveries, labor, salaries, invoices and final completion of the project under budget.
