In this role, she oversaw the following areas of responsibility: ● Staff support for a total of 150 employees at the German headquartersand the six branches in other European countriesContact person and confidant for all global employees● Advising executives as a business partner in all talent related issues● Development of labor law recommendations and their implementation● Talent acquisition and responsibility for the hiring process for new employees, including negotiations● Contract drafting including legal coordination of all HR relevant contracts● Preparation of an employee on- and off-boarding process ● Continuous optimization of processes and worklfows in the HR department Project to be highlighted: Redesign of the onboarding for new hires, including close support for employees and superiors through the hiring process and during the first 100 days to increase employee retention rate.
